Nelson & District Credit Union is a BC community credit union incorporated November 16, 1950 as Nelson Savings Credit Union, founded by ten local residents. It merged with Rossland Credit Union in 1999 and serves over 10,200 members with about $182 million in assets, offering personal and business banking, insurance and wealth services in the West Kootenay region.
