Calgary-headquartered mortgage brokerage that opened in 2006 (founder and CEO Dan Eisner) and now operates 12 walk-in store locations across Canada plus online and phone service, with salaried, non-commissioned brokers. It brokers residential mortgages from a panel of lenders and, since 2016, also lends through its in-house arm THINK Financial — the first Canadian mortgage brokerage approved by CMHC as a lender. It advertises a rate guarantee (beat a better rate or pay $500) and over 19,000 five-star client reviews. Not a deposit-taking institution.
